Sounds - Sysex Files The main part of M3R Morph is a Sysex Sound File you load into the M3R via Midi. This sound file faithfully reproduces the Korg M1's Factory Programs by converting them to M3R Combinations. Combination mode allows the M3R to reproduce the M1's Double Multisound Programs. Do the patches really sound like the M1? Yes. How is this possible? The M3R has most of the M1's Internal Multisounds. That's why, when listening to the patches, you'll be hard pressed to tell the difference between the two synths. Have all 100 M1 Factory Programs been converted over? No. The M3R doesn't have all of the M1's Internal Multisounds but it does have most of them. Roughly 75% of the M1's Programs and all of the important ones have been converted to M3R format in this 100 Programs & 100 Combinations data file. What else does M3R Morph have? Unlike most synth patches M3R Morph comes with documentation (Adobe Acrobat pdf file) listing all Combinations, Programs, Sequences, and Multisound distinctions. M3R Morph also comes with all of the M1's Factory Sequences ready to be played thru your M3R. You can read all about it and download an Audio Demo on the next page.
